Koh-I-Noor is an 80 room facility offering permanent and respite accommodation for its residents.
Providing exceptional accommodation and high quality residential Aged Care services in the suburb of Wembley, Koh-I-Noor offers a sophisticated and inviting atmosphere, providing an attractive home for our residents and their loved ones who visit.
Residents have access to several communal areas, inclusive of serene internal and external courtyards and several dining and lounge areas with exquisite furnishings and décor.

Onsite 24/7 care services
Our residents have access to a registered nurse 24 hours a day in addition to attentive enrolled nurses and resident support attendants. The resident-centred care we provide is of a high standard and focused on each resident’s needs.
Part of the ground floor comprises rooms located in a secured section of the facility. This area is dedicated to residents requiring a more secure environment, ensuring their individualised needs are met. All rooms provide spacious accommodation options to meet each resident’s needs and requirements.
Residents receive assistance with the activities of daily living, such as:
- Personal care: bathing, dressing and grooming.
- Continence management.
- Assistance with meals and drinks.
- Mobility and rehabilitation assistance.
- Management of medication.
- Specialised nursing care.
- Palliative and end-of-life care.
- Dementia specialist with a secure area.
- Lifestyle preferences and spiritual needs.
All residents receive specified care and services in line with legislative requirements as a minimum.

Monday to Sunday 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Acute Respiratory Illnesses are problematic for our vulnerable residents, so we ask you to take infection precautions seriously during your visit. Please follow these principles during your visit.
- Wash hands on entry – use alcohol hand wash or hand sinks as you move through the facility
- Visit outside in the fresh air whenever possible
- Cough & sneeze into your elbow and dispose of any used tissues directly into rubbish bins
Please do not visit if you are unwell or have the following flu-like symptoms.
- Fever
- Shortness of breath
- Cough
- Sore throat
- Nasal congestion (stuffy nose)
- Runny nose
- Nausea
- Vomiting and/or diarrhoea
- If you have been in contact with someone who has these symptoms
- If you have been in contact with someone who has tested positive to COVID-19 or Influenza
Please advise the Facility Manager if you have tested positive for COVID-19 or Influenza and have recently visited the service.
