Client Services
Alinea offers various grants to assist people with spinal cord injuries and limb loss as they move to an individual or communal living.
Alinea’s Client Services Division focuses on meeting the needs of the participants under the National Disability Insurance scheme (NDIS). The team supports the participant in a frontline capacity along with other divisions to provide holistic and contemporary services for people with a disability living in the Western Australian community.

Guided by your goals and preferences, Alinea’s team of support workers helps you build your independence, allowing you to participate in a variety of meaningful and enriching experiences. We work together to develop a plan for ongoing support that focuses on your interests and hobbies and enables you to try new activities. Our aim is to help you feel safe and empowered as you explore new experiences in the community, boosting your independence and learning new skills.
Allied Health Services
Alinea provides NDIS Allied Health and therapy services designed to enhance your ability to achieve, maintain independence and participate more actively in the community.
We offer support in the following areas:
Daily Living & Self-Care: Daily living skills, self-care tasks (e.g., toileting, dressing), mealtime assistance, sleep hygiene, sleep assistive technology (e.g., CPAP machine)
Physical & Motor Skills: Fine and gross motor skills, posture and positioning, manual handling, hand and upper limb skills (e.g., splinting)
Cognitive & Sensory Support: Cognitive skills (e.g., memory, organisation), sensory processing
Community, Work & Independence: Community participation and leisure activities, transport safety, workplace capacity assessments, functional capacity assessments, specialist disability accommodation
Equipment, Modifications & Therapy Services: Assistive technology, home modifications, comprehensive assessments, direct therapy sessions, strategies for task modification, environmental adaptations or adjustments, prescription of necessary equipment
Supported Employment Services
ParaQuad Industries is a Supported Employment Service operated by Alinea. It offers supported employment to anyone living with a permanent physical, intellectual, sensory, neurological, psychiatric or other disability who is motivated to work and meet job requirements.
