The former Spine and Limb Foundation continues to enrich lives as it moves to unite its wide range of services under a new name, Alinea. The former Spine and Limb Foundation, as an amalgamation of the Paraplegic-Quadriplegic and Civilian Maimed and Limbless Associations of Western Australia, has been a recognisable name in the community since its consolidation in 2012. Having made significant progress since then to expand its operations in Residential Aged Care, Supported Employment, Independent Community Living and Recreation Services, the organisation recently announced a decision to unify its wide range of services under a new name.

As Alinea, the organisation’s mission remains the same; to enrich the lives of people living with a disability and elders within the Western Australian community, by continuing to provide contemporary and holistic services.

Fortified by its vision, to be a leading provider of consumer directed aged care and disability services; Alinea will continue to show its commitment to upholding the values of respect, inclusion, diversity, integrity, dedication, development and safety as the fundamental pillars on which the organisation was built and continues to grow.

As a result, we hope you will come to recognise and embrace our new name which we believe better encompasses the organisation’s purpose. Rest assured that whilst our namehas changed, the organisation will by no means deviate from its pursuit of better supportingelderly individuals and people with disabilities in Western Australia.
