
In the course of working for an organisation – whether a company, NGO or charity – a member of staff will inevitably encounter a patron/customer who is difficult to deal with.
At Alinea, we aim to equip our staff with the tools to deal with most work-related situations including this one.
To that end, we had some trainers from Recovre in to conduct the workshop “Conflict Management, Challenging Customers, Resilience & Emotional Intelligence.”
Thirty-eight staff from across the organisation – Paraquad Industries, aged care, admin and finance – attended one of the two half-day workshops to get the low down on how to navigate this potentially challenging territory.
