Alinea would like to welcome Erica Bettles to our community after she began her new role as Clinical Manager of our Osboine and Ritcher Lodge aged care facilities at the start of this week.
A Clinical Manager has oversight of the clinical care of a facility – supporting carers, nurses and allied health workers to provide safe care – and works to ensure residents receive care in line with best practice guidelines. They also support residents and work with them and their decision makers to optimise quality of life in their home.
Erica has been a nurse for over 20 years (mostly in aged care and primary health) and has been an aged care manager for over a decade. She is looking forward to becoming part of the Alinea team and getting to know the residents and their families, as well as providing any support or assistance that she can.
