Alinea was pleased to have a delegation of managers and staff attend the Ageing Australia WA State Conference 2026, held at Crown Towers Perth on 4–5 June.
Bringing together aged care providers, sector leaders and innovators from across Western Australia, the conference explored the future of care through the theme People, Purpose and Progress.
Over two days, delegates participated in presentations and discussions covering key issues facing the sector, including workforce development, governance, service delivery, innovation and ongoing sector reforms. The event also provided valuable opportunities to connect with peers, share experiences and learn from leading practitioners and organisations.
Attendance at conferences such as this supports Alinea’s commitment to continuous improvement, professional development and delivering high-quality, person-centred services. The insights gained will help inform our ongoing work as we continue supporting people to live with choice, dignity and independence.
