Residents of Ritcher Lodge, one of Alinea’s aged care facilities in Bayswater, had a lovely outing to the Derrick Ernest Neighbourhood Centre recently for morning tea and some crafts.
They met the kids at the Centre and a fine time was had by one and all. They will be going again in a couple of weeks for a visit that will involve music.
The goal is for these outings to the Centre to become a regular event and help build on intergenerational relationships.
